to be raised by taxation or any other revenues of the Issuer, the Unit, or the State of Texas '
' except those revenues assigned and pledged by the Issuer Resolution.
Section 4. The programs and expenditures authorized and contemplated by the Issuer
'; Resolution are hereby in all respects approved.
Section 5. The County Judge, the Commissioners, and the County Clerk of the Unit and
the other officers of the Unit are hereby authorized, jointly and severally, to execute and
deliver such endorsements, instruments, certificates, documents, or papers necessary and '
I advisable to carry out the intent and purposes of this Resolution. ',

I N0. 15065 ORDER ESTABLISHING POLICY FOR GRANTING REQUESTS FOR BURIAL IN NICHOLS MEMORIAL
CEMETERY
On this the 13th day of June, 1983, came on to be considered before the Court the matter '''
i of establishing a policy to be followed by concerned parties relative to burial in Nichols
Memorial Cemetery; and it appearing to the Court that it would be in the best interest of
Kerr County and its residents to establish such a policy, it is ordered on motion by Commis- '
~~~h sinner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved by the Court that
effective immediately all requests for burial in the Nichols Memorial Cemetery be referred toy
Billy Joe Guthrie, Jr., Pat Patterson, and/or T. J. Moore, and that they be designated as
representatives of the Kerr County Commissioners' Court to make proper determinations concern'
ing such requests. It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court furnish
certified copies of this order to the representatives designated herein, and to local funeral
homes for their information and compliance.
