On this the 13th day of June 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF NORTHWEST HILLS, provided
in so doing that Kerr County does not accept maintenance of roadways until - - - - - -
residential development shall justify s3 id maintenance and until roads are constructed, paved,
drained and impedibles removed, according to the specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr
County Precinct No. One.

N0. 15067 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF WOODCREEK SECTION TWO
On this the 13th day of June 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Rolland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF WOODCREEK SECTION TWO,
provided in so doing that Kerr County does not accept maintenance of roadways until residenti~
development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed, paved,drained and
impedibles removed, according to the specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precin
No. One.

N0. 15068 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF GREENWOOD FOREST N0. 6
On this the 13th day of June 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF GREENWOOD FOREST N0. 6,
provided in so doing that Kerr County does not accept maintenance of roadways until resi-
dential development shall justify said maintenance and until streets are curbed and paved
according to the specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Four.

N0. 15069 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF CHERRY RIDGE
On this the 13th day of June 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF CrIERRY RIDGE, provided in
so doing that Kerr County does not accept maintenance of roadways until residential develop-
ment shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed, paved, drained and
impedibles removed, according to the specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County
Precinct No. One.

N0. 15070 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 13th day of June 1983, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, 216th District
Probation, Tax Appraisal, Revenue Sharing Trust, Juvenile Services, County Law Library,
Kerr County Public Library, Jury and Traffic Safety Funds, as shown in the Disbursements
Journal of the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.

approved by the Court.
