c)F..7 '' N0. 15071 ORDER IDENTIFYING RESTRICTED PARKING AREAS IN UPPER LEVEL OF COURTHOUSE YARD AND ESTABLISHING ONE WAY TRAFFIC FLOW On this the 13th day of June, 1983, came on to be considered by the Court the matter '' of identifying restricted parking areas in the upper level of the courthouse yard; and it appearing to the Court that pursuant to Court Order ~~14992 a public hearing was held at the 0'e l~' courthouse on April 13th, 1983 concerning said proposal, at which time the Court heard I' comments pro and con from the attendants thereto, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner .' Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and approved by the Court that parking spaces on the east and west sides of the courthouse yard be restricted to two hour parking; and further, ;i that traffic into the yard be limited to the Jefferson Street entrance, with traffic exiting at the two places provided on Earl Garrett Street. It is further ordered that traffic flow ij be limited to one way, going south from the Jefferson Street entrance, and that the provisions' of this order be effective immediately. '. In accordance with provisions of Article 6701g, violators of the provisions hereof shall'' be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punished by fine not exceeding $50.00 for the first offense; by a fine not exceeding $200.00 for the second offense; and by a fine not exceeding $500.00 or imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed sixty days, or both such fine and imprisonment for each subsequent offense.
