Kerr County, Texas, for Private Sewage Facilities, by deleting existing paragraph 4, Section

On this the 13th day of June 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
~' by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge of Kerr County,
~' Texas be authorized to issue a notice that a public hearing concerning the Adoption of Pro-
posed Subdivision Regulations for Kerr County, Texas, as provided by Article 6626a Vernon's
Texas Civil Statutes, will be held on July 6th, 1983 at 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the County
Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas.

On this the 13th day of June 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the Application of Doris Lee Smith,
Tax Assessor-Collector, for appointment of FREDA SUE LaFOUR AS Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector
of Kerr County, Texas, at a salary of $9,480.00 per annum (790.00 per month), effective the
date of her qualification, the same being June 13th, 1983 and that her salary be paid out of
the General Fund.
