the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Four, as recommended by the County Auditor as
the lowest and best bid.

On this the 13th day of June 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved salary increases of Deputy County
Clerks, Linda Rule and Vivian Kuhlmann, from $750.00 per month to $790.00 per month and of
Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, Angelita Garza, from $775.00 per month to $790.00 per month,
due to the completion of their probationary periods, effective June 1st, 1983.

On this the 13th day of June 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for bids for the sale of used surplus equipment located at the Kerr
County Precinct No. 4 Yard in Ingram, Texas, as follows:
One used Ford Tractor 851 ~k55617 with 1 used Ford Shredder ~~58595 - 5 ft. and
One 1964 Ford Pick-up F10JD 480063
Equipment may be inspected at the Kerr County Precinct 4 Yard in Ingram, Texas by
appointment (Yard Phone ~k367-4185).
Sealed bids will be accepted by the County Clerk's Office until Friday, July 8th, 1983
at 4:00 o'clock P. M.
The Commissioners' Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
