by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Application of Clifton A. Greeson,
Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for the appointment of WILLIAM E. RAGSDALE as Deputy Sheriff,
at a salary of $14,100.00 per annum ($1,175.00 per month), effective the date of his
qualification, the same being June 15th, 1983, payable out of the General Fund.

WIIEREAS, on April 15, 1983, the then Civil Defense Coordinator for the City of
Kerrville and the County of Kerr submitted his resignation; and

WHEREAS, the Kerrville-Kerr County Public Safety Committee has made recommendation
for appointment of successor; and ',

WHEREAS, the City of Kerrville desires that the other applicable governmental units
make appointments by concurrent action; NOW THEREFORE:
