day of July 1983, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term
of the Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

N0. 15091 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 11th day of July 1983, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, 216th District
Probation, Tax Appraisal Office, Revenue Sharing Trust, County Law Library, Jury, Juvenile
Services and Traffic Safety Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 15092 ACCEPTANCE OF BID PROPOSAL FOR ONE USED TRACTOR WITH MOWER AND REJECTION OF BID
FOR ONE 1964 FORD PICKUP
On this the 11th day of July 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid proposal of
Edens Implement Company in the amount of $2000.00 for one used Ford Tractor 851 ~k55617 with
1 used Ford Shredder ~k58595 - 5 ft., as the best bid proposal received.
The bid proposal received on one 1964 Ford Pickup F10JD 480063 in the amount of $65.00 by
Luther Parks was rejected by the Court.

No. 15093 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF CASA BONITA SUBDIVISION
On this the 11th day of July 1983 upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF CASA BONITA SUBDIVISION
(a subdivision of 3.32 acres of land, more or less, out of T. T. R. R. Co., Survey No. 1875,
Abstract No. 1264 in Kerr County, Texas), located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct
No. Four. All streets and roads are privately maintained.

N0. 15094 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF 5-J SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO
On this the 11th day of July 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF 5-J SUBDIVISION SECTION
TWO, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four. (No roads are involved).

On this the 11th day of July 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Higgins, Lich and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Holland "ABSTAINING" from voting, said motion carrying by a
majority vote, approving the PLAT OF CAVE SPRING ADDITION SECTION FIVE PHASE ONE, subject
to the provisions that Kerr County will not accept maintenance of roadways until CAVE SPRING

N0. 15096 APPROVAL OF EASEMENT WITH LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY
On this the 11th day of July 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a Utility Easement with Lower Col
River Authority and that County Judge Morriss be authorized to execute said easement on
behalf of Kerr County.

N0. 15097 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS APPROVED
On this the 11th day of July 1983, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been
heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the
County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 15098 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORTS ON TRUST FUND AND REPORT OF FINES
On this the 11th day of July 1983, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Patricia Dye, County Clerk, belonging to officers,
witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled
thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June 1983, and held on deposit in the County
Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $30,113.90.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $16,167.00.
