N0. 15096 APPROVAL OF EASEMENT WITH LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY
On this the 11th day of July 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a Utility Easement with Lower Colo
River Authority and that County Judge Morriss be authorized to execute said easement on
behalf of Kerr County.
