N0. 15099 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 11th day of July 1983, came on to be considered by the Court the Semi-
Annual Report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the
Bank of Kerrville, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her
in her hands for the period from January 1st, 1983 and ending June 30th, 1983, and held on
deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $30,113.90.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 15100 APPROVAL OF SEMI-ANNUAL CONTRACTUAL PAYMENT TO UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY
FOR ENVIRONPIENTAL SERVICES
On this the 11th day of July 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the semi-annual payment to the Upper
Guadalupe River Authority for Environmental Services, in the amount of $23,256.50.
It is further ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be
authorized to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to the Upper Guadalupe River
Authority out of the General Fund.

N0. 15101 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF FIRST NATIONAL BANK FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR CHECK N0. 5924
IN THE AMOUNT OF $7.50, ISSUED TO FORREST J. ARMKE
On this the 11th day of July 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the request of First National Bank for
reimbursement for Check No. 5934 in the amount of $7.50 issued to Forrest J. Armke, dated
12/8/82.
The bank was unable to contact Mr. Armke and it is ordered by the Court that the County
Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable
to the First National Bank of Kerrville. (Said voucher shows: Void if not cashed in thirty
days)

BRIDGE PRECINCT FUNDS

to advertise for bids for two 1983 two ton dump trucks, cabs and chassis', for use by the
Commissioners of Precincts One and Three.
