and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 15108 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 19th day of July 1983, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the
Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 2, 3 and 4 and General Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 15109 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY ATTORNEY H. RITMAN JONS, ON BEHALF OF KERR COUNTY,
TO FILE A CONTEST TO GENENE JONES'S PAUPER'S AFFIDAVIT
On this the 19th day of July 1983, came on to be considered by the Court an order
authorizing County Attorney H. Ritman Jons, on behalf of Kerr County, to file a contest to
Geneve Jones's pauper's affidavit. Motion was made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court.

N0. 15110 ACCEPTANCE OF VARIOUS ROADWAYS IN THE FOUR SEASONS SUBDIVISION
On this the 19th day of July 1983, came on to be considered by the Court the matter
of acceptance of various roads in the FOUR SEASONS SUBDIVISION in Commissioner's Precinct
No. One, as follows:

And it is further ordered that as of this date the above roads have been accepted
for maintenance by Kerr County.
