and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 15111 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF OLMOS EQUIPMENT COMPANY, SAN ANTONIO, FOR RUNWAY REWORK
AND OVERLAY CONTRACT
On this the 5th day of August 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously accepted the bid of OLMOS EQUIPMENT COMPANY,
SAN ANTONIO, in the amount of $421,418.50, for Airport Runway Rework and Overlay Contract,
subject to approval by the F. A. A. and the City of Kerrville.

N0. 15112 APPOINTMENT OF DORIS LEE SMITH AS A REPRESENTATIVE TO A COMMITTEE TO STUDY
ACQUISITION OF APPRAISAL MAPS FOR USE BY THE KERB CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT
On this the 5th day of August 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of Doris Lee Smith
as a representative to a Committee to study acquisition of appraisal maps for use by the
Kerr Central Appraisal District.

N0. 15113 APPROVAL OF AUTOMATED FLIGHT SERVICE STATION PROPOSAL - LETTER OF AGREEMENT
On this the 5th day of August 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
j by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Automated Flight Service Station
Proposal - Letter of Agreement, between the City of Kerrville and Kerr County and Motheral
~ Industries, Inc. for the Kerrville-Kerr County Airport in the amount of $2500.00, subject to
concurrence by the City of Kerrville.
