COUNTY OF KERB X BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 8th
day of August 1983, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term
of the Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:
GORDON S. MORRISS County Judge
FRED HOLLAND Commissioner Precinct No. 1
EDWARD D. HIGGINS Commissioner Precinct No. 2
VICTOR LICH Commissioner Precinct No. 3
BILLY JOE GUTHRIE, JR Commissioner Precinct No. 4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0, 15114 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS ~!
On this the 8th day of August 1983, came on to be examined by the Court, the various ~'
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and ~!
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, 216th District
Probation, General Road & Bridge, Jury, County Law Library, Public Library, Tax Appraisal
Office, Juvenile Services and Revenue Sharing Trust Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously
approved by the Court.

The taking and receiving of bids for two new dump trucks, cabs and chassis' for use by the
Commissioners of Kerr County Precincts Nos. 1 and 3 was declared closed at this time.

On this the 8th day of August 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded '
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the bids received for two new
two ton dump trucks, cabs and chassis' for use by the Commissioners of Kerr County Precincts

COUNTY HISTORICAL SURVEY COMMISSION

N0. 15117 APPROVAL OF APPORTIONMENT OF $80,000.00 FROM THE F M & LATERAL ROAD FUND TO THE
FOUR ROAD AND BRIDGE PRECINCT FUNDS
On this the the 8th day of August 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-~'
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $80,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund,
to the four Road & Bridge Precinct Funds, as follows:
