provided in so doing that Kerr County does not accept maintenance of roadways until residen-

tial development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed, paved, draine~
and impedibles removed, according to the specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County

by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF SKY VIEW, located in Kerr
County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, provided in so doing that Kerr County does not accept

N0. 15123 APPROVAL OF THREE YEAR BUDGET PLAN FOR LANDFILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAN
On this the 8th day of August 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the revised three year budget plan for
the Landfill Development Program, as submitted by the City of Kerrville.
