DISTRICT MEETINGS THAT CONCERN THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT'S BUDGET
On this the 8th day of August 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that Doris Lee Smith be appointed to
represent Kerr County at the Kerr Central Appraisal District meetings on matters that concern
the Kerr Central Appraisal District's Budget.

NO. 15126 APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENT OF WILLIAM L. BASKETTE, JR, AS SECOND ASSISTANT COUNTY
ATTORNEY OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 8th day of August 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved appointment of WILLIAM L. BASKETTE, J]
as Second Assistant County Attorney of Kerr County, Texas, effective as of August 1st, 1983
and that his salary be fixed at $1250.00 per month.

N0. 15127 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING JUNE 30th, 1983
On this the 8th day of August 1983, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came
on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of Kezr
County, Texas, for the period beginning April 1st, 1983 and ending June 30th, 1983, and the I,
same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.

And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part hereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the
filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as there-
in shown. ~!
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is here- j
by approved and the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts

of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.

ed by the Court.

Whereas, an Emergency Operations Plan for the County of Kerr has been prepared by the Emergency

Management Coordinator and its approval and adoption by the County Commissioner's Court is

recommended:
NOW THEREFORE: ~
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF KERR TEXAS:
Section 1, That the Basic Emergency Operations Plan for the County of Kerr is hereby approved
for use by all county departments, agencies, and employees.
Section 2. A copy of the above described plan dated July 18th, 1983 is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
