N0. 15135 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR THE KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE
AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COURTHOUSE GROUNDS
On this the 8th day of August 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge of Kerr County,;,

Texas, be authorized to advertise for bids for janitorial services for the Kerr County Court-",

house and maintenance of the Courthouse grounds.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., September 12th, 1983, at which time all
bids will be publicly opened and read.
Anyone interested in bidding for either the janitorial services or the maintenance of
the Courthouse grounds, or both, will be considered by the Court.
Specifications will be available at the County Auditor's Office.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Bids to be filed with the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, AubusL 13th
and August 20th, 1983.

N0. 15136 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF HILL COUNTRY MOTORS, INC. FOR TWO 1984 TWO TON TRUCKS, CABS
AND CHASSIS' TO BE PURCHASED BY KERR COUNTY FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF
PRECINCTS NOS. ONE AND THREE
On this the 8th day of August 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of HILL COUNTRY
MOTORS, INC. for two 1984 Chevrolet Dump Trucks, Cabs and Chassis', equipped with 4 yard
Galion Dump Bed and Hydraulic System, as per specifications on file in the County Clerk's
Office, in the amount of $16,718.75 for each unit - (a total of $33,437.50 for both units,
which includes inspections), as the best bid submitted.

N0. 15137 APPROVAL OF RENEGOTIATION OF CONTRACT BETWEEN KERR COUNTY AND THE KERR CENTRAL
APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR SERVICES TO BE RENDERED BY KERR COUNTY
On this the 8th day of August 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the renegotiation of a Contract between
Kerr County and the Kerr Central Appraisal District for services to be rendered by Kerr County)
and that County Judge Gordon S. Morriss be authorized to execute said contract on behalf of
Kerr County.
It is further ordered by the Court that the Tax Appraisal Office Fund be closed on the
books of the County Treasurer.

N0. 15138 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF LOT 155 SPICER RANCH N0. 3
On this the 8th day of August 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT OF LOT 155 SPICER RANCH N0. 3,
located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, provided in so doing that Kerr County
does not accept maintenance of roadways until residential development shall justify said main-
tenance and until roads are constructed, paved, drained and impedibles removed, according to
the specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County, Precinct No. One.
