CON OF NOTICE TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ~
BUDGET FOR KERR COUNTY
On this the 30th day of August, 1983, the Commissioners Court of Kerr County has con-

sidered the necessity of holding a public hearing on a proposed operating budget for Kerr
County for the fiscal year October 1, 1983 through September 30, 1984.
On motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, and unanimously
approved by the Court that pursuant to applicable statutes of the State of Texas, a public
hearing on the proposed operating budget as filed by the County Judge of Kerr County in the
office of County Clerk be held at 1:30 p. m. on Friday, September 16, 1983 in the County

Courtroom.
It is further ordered that the County Clerk be authorized to cause to be published in
the official newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, a notice of such public hearing. Publication
date for such notice will be on September 3, 1983.

N0. 15150 ORDER AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALARY INCREASES OF ELECTED
OFFICIALS OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 30th day of August, 1983, came on to be considered by the Court the matter
of proposed salary increases for certain elected County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County,
Texas, pursuant to applicable laws of the State of Texas. It is ordered that notice be pub-
lished once in the official newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, that it is the intention of the
Commissioners' Court to consider the following proposed salary increases at a public hearing
to be held in the County Courtroom of the Kerr (lounty Courthouse on Friday, September 16th,
1983, at 2:30 o'clock P. M., and if - - - - - - - - - - - - -
approved, to implement same at the regular October, 1983 Term, namely, October 11, 1983, and
that such increases, if ordered, shall be effective October 1, 1983:
