ed to purchase 1 Decibel Band Pass - Band Reject Duplexer, 400 watt capacity, .5 mhz spacing,
installed on Sheriff's Office repeater at the City-County Radio Tower, in the amount of
$850.00 from Gillespie County Communication - Roy Henke & Son.

N0. 15152 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF FRANCES KAISER AS A FULL TIME EMPLOYEE WITH DUTIES
EQUALLY DIVIDED BETWEEN THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND THE DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 30th day of August 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the employment of Frances Kaiser as
a full time employee, with duties equally divided between the Sheriff's Office and the
District Clerk's Office, effective September 1st, 1983 and that her salary be fixed at $790.00
per month.

N0. 15153 APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF THREE 1980 PLYMOUTH GRAND FURY FOUR DOOR SEDANS FROM
THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
On this the 31st day of August 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the purchase of three used 1980
Plymouth Grand Fury four door sedans for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department,from
the Texas Department of Public Safety, in the amount of $3,000.00 for each unit, (a total of
$9,000.00 for the three units).
It is further ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw
separate vouchers for each unit, payable to the Texas Department of Public Safety, payable
upon request of Sheriff Clifton A. Greeson.
