Name Length 1600 feet sinner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously o-q-o-o-o-o-q-o-o-o for resurfacing a portion of the Courthouse area was declared o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o "~" N0. 15158 BID PROPOSALS TO RESURFACE A PORTION OF THE COURTHOUSE PROMENADE AREA TO BE REFERRED TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION On this the 6th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the bid proposals to resurface a port?.m of the Courthouse promenade area be referred to the County Auditor for study and recommendation. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15159 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF MARY BROOKS, DISTRICT CLERK, FOR DEPUTATION OF FRANCES KAISER AS DEPUTY DISTRICT CLERK i On this the 6th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the application of Mary Brooks, District Clerk, for deputation of Frances Kaiser as Deputy District Clerk, effective the date of her qualification, the same being September 7th, 1983. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15160 VOTING PLACE OF ELECTION PRECINCT N0. 6 KNOWN AS INGRAM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CAFETERIA CHANGED TO HILL COUNTRY ARTS FOUNDATION (POINT THEATRE) On this the 6th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the voting place of Election Precinct No. 6, known as Ingram Elementary School Cafeteria be changed to Hill Country Arts Foundation (Point Theatre Pavilion), located at Highway 39 and Johnson Creek, Ingram, Texas. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15161 ORDER CONSOLIDATING CERTAIN KERR COUNTY ELECTION PRECINCTS FOR CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION NOVEMBER 8th, 1983 On this the 6th day of September 1983, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of consolidating certain election precincts of Kerr County for the purpose of conducting a Constitutional Amendment Election ordered by the State of Texas, to be held on November 8th, 1983; and it appearing to the Court that Section 2.02(g) of the Texas Election Code authorizes the combination of any two or more Kerr County election precincts into con- solidation precincts for the purpose of conducting the aforesaid election; ... 'and it further appearing to the Court that certain polling places heretofore used by Kerr .County are no longer available for use by Kerr County and that it has not been possible to find new locations in certain election precincts; 'and further that the costs of conducting this election would be materially reduced by certain
