Holland, and unanimously approved by the Court that for the purpose of conducting the afore- '

said election called for November 8th, 1983, the following consolidations of certain of Kerr I
County's regular election precincts shall be as follows: i,
I
1. Election precincts 1 and 12 are consolidated into a single precinct with the Kerr
I
County Courthouse being designated as the polling place;
2. Election precincts 4, 9 and 10 are consolidated with the Sunset Baptist Church being ',
designated as the polling place;
3. Election precincts 5 and 6 are consolidated into a single precinct with the Hill
Country Arts Foundation (Point Theatre) being designated as the polling place.
4. Election precincts 11 and 15 are consolidated into a single precinct with Tom Daniels
Elementary School being designated as the polling place.
5. Election precincts 13 and 16 are consolidated, with Starkey School being designated
as the polling place; `•
6. Election precincts 14 and 17 are consolidated, with the Zion Lutheran Church being ;J;
designated as the polling place;
and it is further ordered that regularly appointed election officials for precincts 1, 4, 6,
11, 16 and 17 shall conduct the said election in the aforesaid consolidated election precincts,

N0. 15162 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF VILLAGE WEST INDUSTRIAL PARK PHASE I
On this the 6th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded,
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF VILLAGE WEST
INDUSTRIAL PARK PHASE I, provided in so doing that Kerr County will not assume maintenance
of roads until development warrants and until roads are built and paved according to the
specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Four.

ADDITION
On this the bth day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT OF LOT N0. 1 OF THE COPPOCK
SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK N0. 81, TIVY'S ADDITION, in the City of Kerrville.

On this the 6th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the revised Kerr Central Appraisal
District Budget be vetoed.

j' LOWEST BID, TO RESURFACE A PORTION OF THE COURTHOUSE PROMENADE AREA, AS
RECOMMENDED BY THE COUNTY AUDITOR
On this the 6th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously accepted the bid proposal of Henry Griffin, in
the amount of $3,000.00, as the lowest bid, to resurface a portion of the Courthouse Promenade
Area, as recommended by County Auditor, Don Williamson.
