Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: The receiving of bids for Janitorial Services and maintenance of Courthouse grounds was declared closed at this time. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15166 BIDS FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE AND MAINTENANCE OF COURTHOUSE GROUNDS REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION On this the 12th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second- !'' ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the bids for janitorial services for the Kerr County Courthouse and maintenance of the Courthouse grounds be referred to the ii County Auditor for study and recommendation. ~~ '~ o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o ~ N0. 15167 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY JUDGE TO HAVE FLOYD PRICE APPRAISE A PARCEL OF KERR COUNTY PROPERTY, BEING LOT 390, BLOCK 52, SCHREINER ADDITION AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY JUDGE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTY On this the 12th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second- ed by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized, to have Floyd Price appraise a parcel of Kerr County property, being Lot 390, Block 52, Schreiner Addition. Upon receiving the appraisal, it is further ordered by the Court that the County Judge be authorized to advertise for bids for the sale of Lot 390, Block 52, Schreiner Addition, in the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o ORDER N0. 15168 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR 1983 TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES On this the 12th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the fourth quarterly payment to the Kerr Central Appraisal District,in the amount of $19,032.69 for the 1983 Tax Appraisal Office Expenses.
