T. SANDLIN, CONSTABLE, PRECINCT 1, PENDING RECEIPT OF RELEASE OF LIABILITY On this the 12th day of September, 1983, came on to be considered the matter of payment a 'r"~ of back salary and expenses to W. T. Sandlin, Constable of Precinct 1; and it appearing to the Court that all parties concerned have agreed on an amount of compensation in full payment of back salary and expenses, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that W. T. Sandlin be compensated for services performed as Constable of Precinct 1 from January 1, 1981 through April 30, 1983, in the amount of $2800.00. ~', It is further ordered that upon receipt of a release from liability for any further P j claims against Kerr County on behalf of W.
