COURTHOUSE GROUNDS REFERRED TO'COUNTY AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION
On this the 12th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-'
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the bids for janitorial services
" for the Kerr County Courthouse and maintenance of the Courthouse grounds be referred to the
County Auditor for study and recommendation.

N0. 15167 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY JUDGE TO HAVE FLOYD PRICE APPRAISE A PARCEL OF KERR
COUNTY PROPERTY, BEING LOT 390, BLOCK 52, SCHREINER ADDITION AND AUTHORIZING
THE COUNTY JUDGE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTY
On this the 12th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized
to have Floyd Price appraise a parcel of Kerr County pxoperty, being Lot 390, Block 52,
Schreiner Addition.
Upon receiving the appraisal, it is further ordered by the Court that the County Judge
be authorized to advertise for bids for the sale of Lot 390, Block 52, Schreiner Addition,
in the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas.

ORDER N0. 15168 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR
1983 TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES
On this the 12th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the fourth quarterly payment
to the Kerr Central Appraisal District,in the amount of $19,032.69 for the 1983 Tax Appraisal
Office Expenses.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to dxaw
a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the Kerr Central Appraisal District in the above
amount.

On this the 21th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that any action on proposals
and considerations regarding microfilm. systems for the County Clerk's office be tabled.

On this the 12th day of September 1983, a motion was made by Commissioner Higgins and
seconded by Commissioner Holland to table consideration of the 3M Aperture Card System
for the County Clerk's Office.

Commissioner Holland and Commissioner Higgins voted "AYE" and Commissioners Lich and
Guthrie and County Judge Morriss voted "NO". Motion failed.

On this the 12th day of September 1983, a motion was made by Commissioner Guthrie and
seconded by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Higgins, Lich and Guthrie and County Judge

N0. 15173 ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF BACK SALARY AND EXPENSES TO W. T. SANDLIN, CONSTABLE,
PRECINCT 1, PENDING RECEIPT OF RELEASE OF LIABILITY
On this the 12th day of September, 1983, came on to be considered the matter of payment

of back salary and expenses to W. T. Sandlin, Constable of Precinct 1; and it appearing to
the Court that all parties concerned have agreed on an amount of compensation in full payment
of back salary and expenses, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that W. T. Sandlin be compensated
for services performed as Constable of Precinct 1 from January 1, 1981 through April 30,
1983, in the amount of $2800.00.
~', It is further ordered that upon receipt of a release from liability for any further

j claims against Kerr County on behalf of W. T. Sandlin for any past services performed or
!' expenses incurred, the County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher payable to W. T.
Sandlin in the amount of $2$00.00 in full settlement of claims against Kerr County for back
salary and expenses incurred in the performance of duties by W. T. Sandlin as Constable of
Precinct 1; said funds to be paid out of the General Fund of Kerr County.

Kersey, Assistant County Attorney, be accepted, effective as of September 1st, 1983.
