Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that W. T. Sandlin be compensated
for services performed as Constable of Precinct 1 from January 1, 1981 through April 30,
a 1983, in the amount of $2800.00.

expenses incurred, the County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher payable to W. T.

majority vote, it was approved that the sum of $27,413.47 received by the County Treasurer of
Kerr County, Texas, from the Treasurer of the State of Texas, be apportioned and transferred
from the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund, by the County Clerk and County Treasurer, into the
Precinct Lateral Road Funds, as follows:
