Kersey, Assistant County Attorney, be accepted, effective as of September 1st, 1983. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15175 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the County of Kerr, under the Sobs Training Partnership Act of 1982 (TTPA), j has entered into an agreement between the Counties of Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Frio, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Medina, Wilson, and the City of San Antonio which will act as administrative entity of the Service Delivery Area (SDA); and WHEREAS, the Area County Judges, sitting in regular session and acting on behalf of the ' I_ Counties of Atascosa, Bandera, Comal, Frio, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, i II if ~'S Medina and Wilson did take the following actions regarding the nine month plan for JTPA: 1. Approve the Charter for the Private Industry Council; 2. Approve the Plan of the Employment Service for the SDA: 3. Approve the functions recommended to be continued under JTPA; ', 4. Approve operational and administrative funding for Bexar County/City of San Antonio ?! as well as for the rural portion of the Plan; and j,' S.
