CDU'~ Medina and Wilson did take the following actions regarding the nine month plan for JTPA: 1. Approve the Charter for the Private Industry Council; 2. Approve the Plan of the Employment Service for the SDA: 3. Approve the functions recommended to be continued under JTPA; 4. Approve operational and administrative funding for Bexar County/City of San Antonio as well as for the rural portion of the Plan; and 5. Selected the Alamo Area Council of Governments as the administrator and program operator for JTPA for the Area Counties for FY '84. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF Kerr County, that the actions taken by the Area County Judges of the Alamo Service Delivery Area are approved by this Court.
