N0. 15178 APPROVAL OF ANNUAL PAYMENT TO SID PETERSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
On this the 12th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved an annual payment to the Sid
Peterson P4emorial Hospital, in the amount of $3,500.00, as budgeted, payable out of the Genera
Fund, toward care of indigent patients.

ed by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 342 thru 360, Volume P.

N0. 15180 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF NORTHWEST HILLS
On this the 12th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT OF NORTHWEST HILLS, locat
in Kerr County Precinct No. 1, contingent on obtaining approval of Upper Guadalupe River
Authority, Central Texas Electric Coop., and the Post Office, and providing in so doing that
Kerr County does not accept maintenance of roadways until residential development shall just
said maintenance and until roads are constructed, paved, drained and impedibles removed,
according to the specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One.

seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a Corrected Resubdivision
Plat of Lots 132, 133, 134 and 135 of Elm Pass Ranch No. 2, located in Commissioner's Precinct
No. 2. (See provision regarding roads on face of Plat).

PETITION FOR ABANDONMENT OF A
PUBLIC ROADWAY EASEMENT
T0: The Honorable Commissioner's Court
Kerr County, Texas
Pursuant to Article 6703 and 6705 of Vernon's Annotated Texas Civil Statutes, the under-

signed, being freeholders in Commissioners Precint 1 of Kerr County, Texas, hereby petition
said Court to discontinue the use of a public roadway in Kerr County, Texas. The public
roadway sought to be discontinued is described as follows:
That particular roadway easement, which is depicted on that certain plat of Summerhill
Estates of record in Volume 4, Page 119, of the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, the ease-
ment to be abandoned being between Lots 13 & 14 of the above described Summerhill Estates.
The undersigned would show the Court that the discontinuance of the above-described
easement as a public roadway will serve the public interest of Kerr County, Texas, and
specifically, the public interest in Cor~miissioners Precinct 1, F:err County, Texas.
