N0. 15184 REJECTION OF ALL BIDS FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR THE KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE
AND MAINTENANCE OF COURTHOUSE GROUNDS
On this the 12th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that all bids for janitorial
services for the Kerr County Courthouse and maintenance of the Court grounds be rejected.

N0. 15185 ORDER AUTHORIZING THOMAS R. McLOUGHLIN, SUPERINTENDENT OF MAINTENANCE, TO HIRE
A FULL TIME EMPLOYEE
On this the 12th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved an order authorizing Thomas R. ,

McLoughlln, Superintendent of Maintenance, to hire a full time employee, at a salary of

$790.00 per month, effective the date of the termination of the Contract with D & L Maintenanc$.
