Commissioner Precinct No. 4 }~ and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: ', i j N0. 15196 ORDER AMENDING ORDER N0. 15152, DATED AUGUST 30th, 1983, REGARDING FRANCES KAISER, I' FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE, WITH DUTIES EQUALLY Dh'IDED BETWEEN THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND THE DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE I On this the 20th day of September 1933, upon motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 15152, dated ~' August 30th, 1983, regarding Frances Kaiser, full-time employee, with duties equally divided ~p between the Sheriff's Office and the District Clerk's Office, be amended, by adding the i rr following: payable from the General Fund and charged to Non-Departmental Salaries, Expense t Code 10-409-410". o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15197 ORDER AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF FUNDS FROM TEXAS JUVENILE PROBATION COMMISSION FOR SERVICES RELATED TO JUVENILE PROBATION AND OPENING ACCOUNT AT DEPOSITORY BANK On this the 20th day of September, 1983, came on to be considered the matter of receipt of funds from Texas Juvenile Probation Commission incident to an agreement with the Commission whereby Kerr County will receive $26,939.00 for the fiscal year September 1, 1983 to August 31, 1984 to be used for services related to Juvenile Probation and Community-based correctional. services and State Aid for these services, enacted by H.B. 1794, 67th Legislature, said funds r to be used as budgeted in the Agreement dated the 18th day of August, 1983; and it appearing = i !' to the Court that the first month's allocation has been received by Dorothy H. Hilburn, I' Fiscal Officer, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie; and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Treasurer be authorized to open an ' account at Bank of Kerrville, official bank depository for Kerr County, entitled "Juvenile Services State Aid", and to deposit funds into said account as they are received monthly, and the Treasurer is further authorized to draw vouchers on said account as budgeted and approved by the Commissioners' Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o '~ NO. 15148 ORDER IMPLEMENTING NEW FEE SCHEDULE FOR KERB COUNTY On this the 20th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second- 'ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved an order implementing a new fee ,schedule for Kerr County, for service or attempted service, as recommended by Sheriff Clifton A.
