N0. 15201 APPORTIONMENT OF LATERAL ROAD MONEY
On this the 20th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Higgins, Lich and Guthrie and County
',j Judge Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Holland voting "NO", said motion carrying by a
' majority vote, it was approved that the sum of $27,413.47 received by the County Treasurer of
,,iii Kerr County, Texas, from the Treasurer of the State of Texas, be apportioned and transferred
I from the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund, by the County Clerk and County Treasurer, into the
Precinct Lateral Road Funds, as follows:
