On this the 30th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the following claims and accounts:
i Payment to Debra Lenard for contract labor in the County Auditor's office in the amount
of $390.00 from September 1st thru September 14th, 1983, payable out of General Fund
and
Approval of payment to W. W. Grainger, Inc, in the amount of $2188.09 out of Revenue

Sharing Trust Fund for an air compressor - 10 HP 30 gal., for use by the Commissioner of

On this the 30th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconde
~ by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins, Lich and Guthrie voting "AYE and
Judge Morriss voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority vote approving an order that thel
County Judge be authorized to advertise for bids for a computer indexing system for the County.

Specifications are on file at the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 1:30 o'clock P. M., October 13th, 1983, at which time all bids ~
will be publicly opened and read. Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, October 5th
and October 12th, 1983.
