the following officers present:
On this the 30th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the following claims and accounts:

of $390.00 from September 1st thru September 14th, 1983, payable out of General Fund

Sharing Trust Fund for an air compressor - 10 HP 30 gal., for use by the Commissioner of

OFFICIAL OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 30th day of September 1983, came on to be considered by the Court the matter

of a proposed salary increase for an elected official of Kerr County, Texas, pursuant to ~
applicable laws of the State of Texas.

It is ordered that notice be published once in the official newspaper of Kerr County,
Texas, that it is the intention of the Commissioners' Court to consider the following propose
salary increase at a public hearing to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Kerr
County Courthouse on Tuesday, October 11th, 1983 at 9:45 A.M., and, if approved to implement
same at the regular term of Court on October 11th, 1983, and, if ordered shall be effective
October 1st, 1983:
Present Salary Proposed Salary
Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2 $6,840.00 $9,000.00
Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 15208 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY JUDGE TO EXECUTE QN AMENDED CONTRACT WITH KERR CENTRAL
APPRAISAL DISTRICT
On this the 30th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that County Judge Gordon S.
Morriss be authorized to execute an Amended Contract with Kerr Central Appraisal District, on
behalf of Kerr County, said amended contract to terminate on December 31st, 1983.
