same at the regular term of Court on October 11th, 1983, and, if ordered shall be effective

Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.

On this the 30th day of September 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-~~,
ed by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that County Judge Gordon S.

Morriss be authorized to execute an Amended Contract with Kerr Central Appraisal District, on ~,
behalf of Kerr County, said amended contract to terminate on December 31st, 1983. '
