COMMISSIONERS' COURT convened at 9:45 o'clock A. M., October 11th, 1983, with the

following officers present:

at which time a public hearing was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in Kerrville, Texas,
to consider the proposed salary increase of the Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 2 of
Kerr County, Texas, as per notice published in the official newspaper of Kerr County, Texas.
4 members of the public appeared for the hearing.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved
that the hearing be adjourned
Public hearing adjourned at 9:55 o'clock A. M., October 11th, 1983.

N0. 15209 SALARY INCREASE OF THE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT NUMBER TWO APPROVED
On this the 11th day of October 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the proposed salary increase
of the Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. Two, from $6,840.00 per annum to $9,000.00 per
annum, effective as of October 1st, 1983.

N0. 15210 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF CLIFTON A. GREESON, SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS,
FOR APPOINTMENT OF ALEJANDRO SANCHEZ AS DEPUTY SHERIFF
On this the 11th day of October 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the Application of Clifton A. GreesonJ
Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for the appointment of ALEJANDRO SANCHEZ as Deputy Sheriff ',
at a salary of $14,100.00 per annum ($1,175.00 per month) effective the date of his qualifica-
tion, the same being October 11th, 1983.

N0. 15211 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SOUTHERN HILLS
On this the 11th day of October 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF SOUTHERN HILLS, located in
Kerr County Precinct Number One, provided in so doing that Kerr County does not accept main-

tenance of roadways until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until

roads are constructed, paved, drained, impedibles removed and underground water or electricals;
