to consider the proposed salary increase of the Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 2 of ii
Kerr County, Texas, as per notice published in the official newspaper of Kerr County, Texas. j
4 members of the public appeared for the hearing. iii
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved
that the hearing be adjourned

seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the proposed salary increase

of the Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. Two, from $6,840.00 per annum to $9,000.00 per

ill annum, effective as of October 1st, 1983.

by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the Application of Clifton A. Greeson~
Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for the appointment of ALEJANDRO SANCHEZ as Deputy Sheriff

at a salary of $14,100.00 per annum ($1,175.00 per month) effective the date of his qualifica-'i
tion, the same being October 11th, 1983.

N0. 15211 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SOUTHERN HILLS
On this the 11th day of October 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded

by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF SOUTHERN HILLS, located in
Kerr County Precinct Number One, provided in so doing that Kerr County does not accept main-
tenance of roadways until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until
roads are constructed, paved, drained, impedibles removed and underground water or electrical
lines properly located.
