by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF HIGHFOREST ESTATES
ADDITION IV, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four. (All roads are private
roads -- no public roads.

!. by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved an amendment to the existing City/Cou~~Ya
Fire Fighting Agreement, wherein Kerr County will continue to pay to the City of Kerrville T
the monthly rate of $2,000.00, for fire service rendered, beginning October 1st, 1983 and
terminating on September 30th, 1984.
Except as amended herein, all of the provisions of the original agreement effective
October 1st, 1979 shall be in effect during the term hereof.

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
CITY/COUNTY IR FITHTING AGREEMENT
This Amendment by and etween the CITY OF KERRVILLE, Kerr County, Texas, hereinafter
called "City", acting through its Mayor and attested by its City Clerk, and the COUNTY OF
KERR, hereinafter called "COUNTY", acting through the Commissioners Court of such County,
pursuant to the order of the said Commissioners Court:
WITNESSETH:
The City and County agree to the continuation of the manner of payment wherein the
County will pay to the City monthly the rate of $2,000 per month for fire service rendered
hereunder beginning on October 1, 1983, and terminating on September 30, 1984.
Except as amended herein, all of the provisions of the original agreement effective
October 1, 1979, shall be in effect during the term hereof.
EXECUTED this the 13 day of September, 1983.
