ORDER RESCINDING ORDER N0. 15203 AND AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE TO BIDDERS FOR
COMPUTER INDEXING SYSTEM FOR COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 11th day of October 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 15203 dated
September 30th, 1983, be rescinded.
It is further ordered by the Court that County Judge Morriss be authorized to advertise
for bids for a computer indexing system for the County Clerk's Office.
Specifications are on file at the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., November 10th, 1983, at which time all
bids will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, October 15th &
October 22nd, 1983.

N0. 15216 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORTS ON TRUST FUND AND REPORT OF FINES
On this the 11th day of October 1983, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Patricia Dye, County Clerk, belonging to officers,
witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled
thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of September 1983, and held on deposit in the
County Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $ 34,208.33.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $17,010.00.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.
