Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15218 ORDER SETTING COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 11th day of October, 1983, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of various County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1983-84, as provid-, ed for in Article 3912e, Sections 2 and 6, R.C.S. of Texas. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis, as provided by law, for the fiscal year 1983-84. It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy li of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o '~' N0. 15219 ORDER SETTING PAY OF GRAND JURORS, PETIT JURORS AND SPECIAL VENIREMEN IN DISTRICT COURT AND OF JURORS IN COUNTY COURT On this the 11th day of October, 1983, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen in the District Court of Kerr County and of Jurors in the County Court of Kerr County, as is required to be done annually by Article 2122, Vernon Civil Statutes and Article 1056 of the Code of Criminal Procedure; and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commis- ', sinner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court, that the compensation to be paid to all Grand Jurors and Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen shall be fixed at $7.50 per day including those summoned but excused after having been s~oorn; provided, however, that County, Justice of the Peace and District Court Jurors and Grand Jurors actually impaneled and sworn shall be paid $10.00 per day. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15220 APPROVAL OF 1983 TAX ROLLS BY THE COMMISSIONERS" COURT On this the 11th day of October 1983, with the County Judge and the County Commissioners present, the Court did carefully examine the Tax Rolls submitted by the Kerr County Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, which contain a correct and full list of the real and personal property subject to taxation and that the appraised value of the property is the true and full market value as reflected by the certified values furnished by the Appraisal District.
