On this the 11th day of October 1983, upon a motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-I
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the request of George H. Lewis and
Richard L. Lewis, dba Cherry Ridge Subdivision, for the installation of a television-signal
receiving antenna on the tower used by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department and the Kerrville
Telephone Company, with the location of the antenna subject to clearance by the Sheriff of
Kerr County, Texas.

N0. 15222 EMPLOYMENT OF MOSES RAMOS AS JAILER-DISPATCHER, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 15th, 1983
On this the 11th day oŁ October 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the request of Clifton A. Greeson,
Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, to employ Moses Ramos as a jailer-dispatcher, effective October
15th, 1983 at a salary of $840.00 per month, payable out of the General Fund.

5030 COPIER FOR USE BY THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 11th day of October 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a 36 month no interest lease of one
SAVIN 5030 COPIER (Serial Number 4330500097) for use by the County Clerk's Office, with
payments to be in the amount of $232.00 per month, payable to Commercial Equipment Leasing
Company, 118 Broaelway, San Antonio, Texas, 78205, out of the General Fund.
