On this the 26th day of October 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded "
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved payment to the State Department of
Highways and Public Transportation for three radios, Serial Nos. 10034649, A30451 and B-61443,
in the total amount of $90.00, for use by Kerr County Precinct No. One.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized

to draw a voucher on the Road & Bridge Precinct No. One Fund, payable to the State Department
