N0. 15246 ORDER AUTHORIZING COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT NO. 3 TO SELL USED SURPLUS
EQUIPMENT
On this the 14th day of November 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that Victor Lich, Commissioner of
Kerr County Precinct No. 3, be authorized to accept bids for the following used surplus
equipment: One 1964 Chevrolet Dump Truck, 4 yd. bed, 6 cyl 4 speed, 2 speed rear end,
and after giving notice that he deems appropriate, subject to final approval or rejection by
the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas.
Equipment may be inspected at Kerr County Precinct 3 Yard at Cypress Creek near Comfort,
Texas, between the hours of 9:00 o'clock A, M. and 5:00 o'clock P. M, weekdays, (Telephone
Number 995-3733).
'I Sealed bids will be accepted by the County Clerk's Office of Kerr County, Kerrville, i

Texas, until Friday, December 9th, 1983 at 5:00 o'clock P. M.
Publish November 16th, 1983 and November 23rd, 1983.

IN HOLDING CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 8th, 1983 ~

~~ Officials as per claims on file at $4.00 per hour and the Presiding Judges $20.00 for bringing!,

use of buildings, heat, lights, etc., in holding the Constitutional Amendment Election on

November 8th, 1983.

N0. 15248 CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 14th day of November 1983, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
'I to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Constitutional Amendment Election held on
'~I November 8th, 1983. And the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the election
precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns, after
having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved that the returns canvassed and tabulated in Volume 7, Pages 13
thru 16, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as certified thereto by each
member of the Court, are in all respects approved.

N0. 15249 APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENT OF ADDITIONAL MEMBERS TO THE KERR COUNTY HISTORICAL SURVEY
COMMISSION
On this the 14th day of November 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
'by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of the following
