N0. 15250 ORDER DETERMINING VOTES TO BE CAST BY KERB COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' COURT FOR
ELECTION OF DIRECTORS OF THE KERR COUNTY CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT
On this the 14th day of November, 1983 came on to be considered by the Court the matter
of determining the votes to be cast by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court for the Board
of Directors of the Kerr County Central Appraisal District, and the matter of causing the jl
same to be cast; and after due consideration by the Court it is ordered on motion by Commis-

sinner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously approved by the Court that
the 1331 votes which have heretofore been allocated to Kerr County be cast as follows:
Julius R. Neunhoffer 901 votes
Welton R. "Euddy" Calvert 215 votes
Edward M. Schlieter 215 votes
and it is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized and directed to so cast the
aforesaid votes on the official ballot provided for this purpose and to return the same to
the County Clerk of Kerr County, together with a copy of this order.

N0. 15251 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING SEPTEMBER 30th, 1983
On this the 14th day of November 1983, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court,
came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of
Kerr County, Texas, for the period beginning July 1st, 1983 and ending September 30th, 1983,
and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part hereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct
as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved and the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 15252 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS APPROVED
On this the 14th day of November 1983, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been
heard and considered by the Gourt, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the
County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
