COMMISSIONERS' COURT convened in Special Session December 9th, 1983 at 2:30 o'clock)
P.M., with the following officers present:
CORDON S. MORRISS County Judge
FRED HOLLAND Commissioner Precinct 1
EDWARD D. HIGGINS Commissioner Precinct 2
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 15265 APPROVAL OF EXPENDITURE OF $179.90 TO FOXWORTH-GALBRAITH LUMBER COMPANY FOR
PURCHASE OF TWO CHAIN SAWS FOR PRECINCT N0. ONE
On this the 9th day of December 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved an expenditure of $179.90 to Foxworth
Galbraith Lumber Company for the purchase of two chain saws.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the above amount payable to Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Company out of
Road & Bridge Precinct No. 1 Fund.
