THREE I. ~I~ On this the 12th day of December 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of Archie '' Koennecke, for one 1964 Chevrolet Dump Truck in Commissioner's Precinct No. Three, in the amount of $2,156.00, as the highest and best bid submitted. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15267 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 12th day of December 1983, came on to be considered by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Lateral Road 2, Juvenile Probation, Juvenile State Aid, Revenue Sharing Trust, Jury, County Law Library, Public Library, 216th District Probation, Juvenile Services, Traffic Safety Funds. SHERRY SPEARS A:"VD THE COUNTY OF KERR, TEXAS On this the 12th day of December 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a Perpetual Right-of-Way Easement between Mrs. Sherry Spears and the County of Kerr, Texas. It is further ordered that County Judge Gordon S. Morriss be authorized to execute the right-of-way easement on behalf of Kerr County, Texas.
