On this the 12th day of December 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the employment of
Dorothy E. Lessard as Secretary to the County Extension Agents, effective December 1st, 1983,
at a salary oŁ $790.00 per month ($9,480.00 per annum), payable out of the General Fund, to
fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Charlotte Murphy.

in condemnation proceedings instituted to acquire title to a parcel of right of way for
'';I Loop 534 from Jimmy Joyce Carmichall; and it appearing to the Court that the award of the
~~ Special Commissioners in the amount of $425.00, made on the 14th day of November, 1483, should
!', be paid into the registry of the District Court, and that additionally, accrued court costs,
~~ including the fees of the three Special Commissioners, in the amount of $331.56 should be paid

i' to the Clerk of the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Com-

' missioner Holland, and unanimously approved by the Court that a voucher in the amount of
$756.56 payable to the Clerk of the District Court of Kerr County be drawn on the Loop 534

FOR RENT OF OFFICE SPACE AND EQUIPMENT
On this the 12th day of December 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, it was unanimously approved by the Court that County Judge
Gordon S. Morriss be authorized to execute an extension of the existing Contract with Kerr
i! Central Appraisal District, on behalf of Kerr County, for rent of office space and equipment.
