N0. 15286 ORDER TO CHANGE METHOD OF ALLOCATING COMMISSIONERS' PRECINCT ROAD
AND BRIDGE FUNDS
On this the 12th day of December, 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the allocation of budgeted
Precinct Road & Bridge Funds as expended only, excepting the Precinct balances reported at
the end of November, 1983, in the Now Accounts will be exhausted; and further the unexpended
budget balances of each Precinct as of September 30th, 1983 will be added to the budgeted
amount of the given precinct for 1983-1984.

N0. 15287 ORDER SETTING TIME FOR HEARING ON APPLICATION TO CANCEL SUBDIVISION PLAT
On this the 12th day of December 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County
Judge be authorized to set a time for hearing on the Application to Cancel a Subdivision Plat
known as CARTER LAKE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, pursuant to Application filed December 7th, 1983,
as per article 6626d, as amended by H. B. N0. 1157.
Said hearing will be held at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 9th day of January 1984, in the
Commissioners' Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas.
