OF INTENT TOTERMINATE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF TOWER
On this the 12th day of December 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that County Judge
Morriss be authorized to give notice to the Kerrville Telephone Company of intent to
terminate an agreement for use of the radio tower.

N0. 15290 ORDER PROHIBITING OVERNIGHT CAMPING IN ANY PUBLIC AREAS AT INGRAM DAM
On this the 12th day of December 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,

seconded by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court and it is ordered
that overnight camping be prohibited in any public areas at the Ingram Dam located in
Kerr County Precinct No. Four, and that the Sheriff of Kerr County or his Deputies be
authorized to enforce this order.
