by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the purchase of four used 1980
~'' Plymouth Grand Fury four door sedans for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department from the
,': Texas Department of Public Safety in the amount of $3,000.00 for each unit, (a total of
', $12,000.00 for the four units).
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw separate
vouchers for each unit, payable to the Texas Department of Public Safety, payable upon request'
of Sheriff Clifton A. Greeson.

by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved an order renewing insurance policies with
Furman Insurance Agency that will expire, for a period of one year, as per proposal.

COUNTY, BETWEEN THE CITY OF KERRVILLE AND KERR COUNTY AS GRANTOR AND THE
FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION, AS GRANTEE
On this the 19th day of December 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that County Judge Gordon S. Morriss
be authorized to execute a Quit Claim Deed on behalf of Kerr County, between the City of
Kerrville and Kerr County as Grantor and and Federal Aviation Administration, as Grantee.
