On this the 19th day of December 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payment of budgeted funds
to the Kerr County Soil and Water Conservation District in the amount of $1300.00, the first
payment in the amount of $650.00 to be paid immediately and the second payment in the amount
of $650.00 to be April 11th, 1984, payable out of the Flood Control Maintenance Fund.

Plymouth Grand Fury four door sedans for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department from they
Texas Department of Public Safety in the amount of $3,000.00 for each unit, (a total of
$12,000.00 for the four units).
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw separate
vouchers for each unit, payable to the Texas Department of Public Safety, payable upon reques
of Sheriff Clifton A. Greeson.
