o'clock A. M., with the following officers present:

N0. 15303 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF C.O.D. TRANSPORTATION CHARGES TO KERRVILLE BUS COMPANY
On this the 21st day of December 1983, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved payment of C. 0, D. transportation
charges to the Kerrville Bus Company, payable out of Road & Bridge No. 1 Fund, for a part
purchased from Grande Ford Truck Sales, in the amount of $129.83.

CONAILSSIONERS' COURT CONVENID IN SPECIAL SESSION JANUARY 4th, 1984 at 3:20 o'clock P. M., with

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:

N0. 15304 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
FOR ONE ASPHALT DISTRIBUTOR IN THE AMOUNT OF $1200.00
On this the 4th day of January 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by County Judge Morriss, the Court unanimously approved payment to the State Department of
Highways and Public Transportation in the amount of $1200.00 for one asphalt distributor,
payable out of Road & Bridge Precinct No. 1 Fund.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to~',
draw a voucher in the above amount payable to the State Department of Highways and Public
Transportation.
