ON BEHALF OF KERR COUNTY, TO FILE A CONTEST TO
GENENE JONES'S PAUPER'S AFFIDAVIT
On this the 19th day of July 1983, came on to be considered
by the Court an order authorizing County Attorney H. Ritman Jons,
on behalf of Kerr County, to file a contest to Geneve Jones's
pauper's affidavit, Motion was made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously approved by
