RESIGNATION OF GARY E. KERSEY, ASSISTANT COUNTY ATTORNEY
OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 12th day of September 1983, upon motion made
by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of
Gary E. Kersey, Assistant County Attorney, be accepted,
effective as of September 1st, 1983.
